Your contract:-Your contract is always with the member, not with us. Our name will appear on your card statement but your contract is with the accommodation supplier. We do not inspect the property or guarantee the accuracy of the information. If you have any questions about the properties you should direct them to the member.
Complaints:-Complaints should be made direct to the member as they are responsible to you under the terms of the contract. You should do this as soon as possible and allow them to attempt to rectify the situation. You should refer to your contract in your renter's area. You can also relate your experiences by giving a review on your return.
